II. Indications and Usage

1. Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Target Population：

Usage:

Oral Tablet (Rybelsus): The initial dose is 3mg/day for 30 days, then increased to 7mg or 14mg/day (should be taken on an empty stomach).

2. Obesity (Wegovy)

·BMI≥30 (obese) or BMI≥27 with comorbid metabolic diseases (such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia).

·Usage: Injection, starting dose 0.25mg/week, gradually increased to a maximum dose of 2.4mg/week.

Significantly reduce glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c): Injection (2mg/week): The reduction of HbA1c can reach 1.8 - 2.0% (more significant effect in those with higher baseline HbA1c).

Oral tablets (14mg/day): The reduction of HbA1c is approximately 1.5%.

Wegovy (2.4mg/week):
